Returns and Refunds Policy

General Applicable Requirements for Returns:

Charly invites you to read the content of this section so that your shopping experience is more enjoyable. 

You'll be able to request a refund of your products, so long as you fulfill the following requirements and procedures:

a) The product must not have been washed or used in any way.

b) The product must not have suffered any serious damage or deterioration due to carelessness or attributable to the buyer.  

c) The product must be presented inside its original packaging and must have all its original labels. 

d) If the product does not meet the conditions specified above, the request will not be processed and will automatically be returned to the address of origin. In these cases, Charly will reserve the right to charge a shipping cost again. 

e) Changes or returns don't apply on products with promotions or discounts. Only returns due to factory defects will apply.

 

I. Requirements and Procedures for the return of the product and reimbursement of Paid Amounts:

At Charly, we are concerned with your overall satisfaction. For this reason, you'll be able to request a refund on non-customized products. 

a) To request the return of the product along with the corresponding refund reach out to our Contact Center where we will inform you in detail the procedure. It is necessary to request a refund within the first 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the order.

b) The request for a refund and the refund itself will be processed according to the payment methods of the order within the period of 10 to 15 business days after the product reaches our Charly US facility and the corresponding analysis is performed. 

c) In case of payment by Credit and/or Debit Card or through PayPal, we will send the information of the return and refund request to PayPal, which will be processed automatically within a period of 10 to 15 business days. In the case that the refund does not appear on your account a statement, once this period has elapsed, we recommend you contact PayPal to confirm the status of your refund request. 

d )In case of payment by credit or debit card, the refund is possible only within the first 30 calendar days after the order confirmation.
