What do you need to create an account?

All you need to register is your: Full Name, Sex, Address, State, City, Phone, Email Address, and Password. 

Your information will be protected and will never be used for other motives outside of the reason established in the Privacy Statement. 

What is the estimated arrival of an Order?

Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated arrival date. This estimate is based on the City and Zipcode. 

The arrival of your order will be during a period of 10 to 15 business days after the confirmation and validation of your payment. 

The arrival time for orders confirmed on the weekend or after 2 o'clock in the afternoon central time. Your order will be processed the following business day. 

Saturday and Sunday along with Holidays are not considered business days

What is the shipping cost?

-The shipping cost will be USD $8 with an arrival time of 10 to 15 business days**

-Shipping to the United States can generate additional cost due to import tax

**Due to the effects of the border closing, the delivery period may vary from the established times.

What are the payment methods?

How can I know the status of my order?

From the option in My Orders from your account in charly.com/en/us, you can view that status of your order. Additionally, an update on your order will be sent by email.

What do I do if my product doesn't arrive?

If the established time, as established in our delivery time policy, has expired and your product has not arrived, you may contact one of our Customer Service Executive at the customer service number 1-833-924-2559,  central time (UTC-6) from 9:00 am to 8:00 pc from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am and 1:00 pc on Saturday.
