What are your service hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Central Time (UTC-6). 
I want to wear CHARLY.  How can I order online? 
It’s easy to set up an account.  Simply register with your Full Name, Address, State, City, Phone, Email Address, and Password. 
Your information will be protected and will never be used for other motives outside of the reasons established in the Privacy Statement. 
I’m excited to get my CHARLY gear.  What is the estimated arrival of my order?
This will depend on your location, but somewhere between 3-7 business days after order confirmation and payment validation.  Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated arrival date.
Orders received on the weekend or after 2 o'clock in the afternoon Central Time (CST) will be processed the following business day.  
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not considered business days.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be USD $8 plus import tax for standard delivery.  
The shipping cost for international orders outside of the US is $15 USD plus import tax for standard delivery
It is possible that your order may incur additional import fees, this is dependent on the import laws of your country of residence. We suggest that you review the local import tax policy for more information. 
Can my order be delivered to a PO box?
No, at the moment we do not have PO box deliveries.
What are the payment methods I can use to purchase?
For your convenience, we have the following payments options available:

I’m excited to receive my CHARLY gear, how can I check the status of my order?
We are also anxious for you to get your order; therefore, we will send an order update directly to you via email.  You can also track the order by logging into your account online and clicking on “My Order”. 
 
Are there exceptions when ordering a personalized product?

-Accent marks, exclamation marks, and punctuation signs (except the period ".") are considered special characters and cannot be placed when customizing your jersey.

-The available characters have a limit of 12 letters and 2 numbers. If this amount is surpassed, the system will not record the extra characters.

-The personalization will be made with the information entered when making the purchase, we highly recommend confirming the information entered is correct before completing your order.
 

I fear my CHARLY’s order might be lost.  What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

If your product has not arrived after 10 to 15 business days, please contact CHARLY Customer Service at 1-833-924-2759.  One of our customer support team members will be glad to help. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time (UTC-6).
